Hospice of Green Country will hold its annual memorial service at 2 p.m. on Sunday, October 9th, at St. Andrew’s United Methodist Church, 9472 E Highway 20, in Claremore.      The service, which is free and open to the public, honors previous Hospice of Green Country patients from Claremore and surrounding areas from July 2010 to July 2011, as well as celebrates their families and memories. There will be a special wildflower planting that families will be able to participate in and take home as a remembrance.  Light refreshments will be served.

Our staff looks forward each year to the opportunity to celebrate the lives of those we cared for with the people who loved them.”  said John Vanaman, Hospice of Green Country Chaplain.
